Shipping Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Once shipped, estimated delivery times within the United States are:
- USPS: 3–7 business days
- UPS Ground: 3–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other logistical factors.
Shipping Coverage
SolPeptide.com ships within the United States only.
Tracking Information
When an order ships, customers automatically receive a tracking number by email. All tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing, this is considered a delivery issue with the carrier.
Customers may file a claim with the carrier or use their chosen shipping insurance provider if purchased at checkout.
If tracking does not update for 10 business days, we will assist in reviewing the shipment and may offer a replacement at our discretion.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If a customer receives:
- The wrong item
- An expired item
- An item with a broken or damaged seal
- An item with damaged packaging
SolPeptide.com will reship the order at no cost or issue store credit.
To request assistance, customers must contact support within 30 days of receiving the order and provide photos of:
- The product
- The lot number and expiration date
- The area of damage (if applicable)
Returns
Due to the nature of research-use-only products, we do not accept returns unless the issue is due to a fulfillment or product-quality error.
If a return is approved:
- Items must be unopened and undamaged
- Once received and inspected, credit may be issued for the product cost only
- Shipping and fulfillment fees are non-refundable
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing a complete and accurate shipping address
- Monitoring tracking information
- Filing claims with carriers if a delivered package is stolen or misplaced
